Nathan Warner is a creative and talented
technical support professional. He is passionate about business,
organizations, and technology. With a history in Elearning
technical service, Nathan is committed to providing the quality
technical support needed to realize organizational goals and
objectives.
Nathan’s professional work experience includes
serving as the Online Technical Administrator (OTA) and Technical Support Specialist (TSS) to
Online programs for both Academic and Healthcare industries. In this intensive role, Nathan took on the
responsibility of supporting the Program Director in a variety of
technical tasks and objectives. Nathan’s responsibilities were to
provide technical support for all online students and faculty,
oversee all new course development projects, provide customized
online orientations, assist with Microsoft Office training,
prepare and present reports on the technical needs and trends of
the Online program, and to serve as the lead and support on a
myriad of special projects inherent in the development of an
Online University.
In his role as the TSS, Nathan excelled
in providing outstanding customer service. He served an audience
of local, national, and international students and faculty with a
24/7 online environment service mentality. With a calming,
confident, and reassuring training style, Nathan continually
excelled in minimizing the anxiety and fear that is sometimes
associated with technology. For his dedicated contribution and
support, Nathan was selected as the recipient of the Superior
Service Award in 2008. Nathan served in this role while pursuing
his educational goals in tandem.
Nathan earned his
Bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship and Small Business from the
Rinker School of Business of Palm Beach Atlantic University. With
an orientation to business and effective organizational practice,
Nathan continually exercises his passion for technology and
business through supporting and managing effective software and
technical solutions.
Today, Nathan serves on a variety of
technical service projects with Serenity Projects, Inc. He is a
dedicated and creative problem-solver who possesses a natural
aptitude to learn new software and assist in providing effective
training solutions.
Nathan resides in West Palm Beach,
Florida, where he also serves as the Technical Support member of
the Drucker Society of South Florida.
