An HRD information site can be created for each client
where detailed information regarding HRD activities (HR & Training) will
be displayed and refreshed daily. Security access to the site will be
based on role – Executive Leadership, VPs, Department Managers,
Employees, etc.

safety guidelines, disciplinary process, helpful HR forms, performance
review information and data pertaining to best HR practices.
The training section will have relevant training
forms, course schedules, updates and materials. There will be
information about the company’s commitment to training, etc.
Both sections will have online surveys and chat
rooms to allow strong feedback and interaction among employees
worldwide.
