HRD Information Sites

An HRD information site can be created for each client where detailed information regarding HRD activities (HR & Training) will be displayed and refreshed daily. Security access to the site will be based on role – Executive Leadership, VPs, Department Managers, Employees, etc.

The HR section will include employee manuals, laws, company policies and procedures, workers compensation information, safety guidelines, disciplinary process, helpful HR forms, performance review information and data pertaining to best HR practices. 

The training section will have relevant training forms, course schedules, updates and materials.  There will be information about the company’s commitment to training, etc.

Both sections will have online surveys and chat rooms to allow strong feedback and interaction among employees worldwide. 

The HRD site will remove the distance between thousands of managers and staff as it brings them all together in one place to share resources pertaining to both HR and Training.

This site will also offer the following services and opportunities:

  1. Ongoing threaded discussions about topics related to HR & Training where various managers and staff can share thoughts, opinions, concepts, etc.

  2. Various libraries with resources related to HR & Training

  3. HR and Training documents such as employee manuals and forms for both managers and staff so that there is some consistency in documents worldwide – taking regional customization into consideration

  4. Notification of upcoming SPU training – both online and classroom seminars
