Because of the demands of today’s
marketplace and the need for training to be heavily performance-based,
we use a variety of training tools to help you evaluate all stages of
the training process.
Our evaluations are done prior to training, during
training, immediately after training and then 1, 3, 6, 9, and 12 months from the
training date.
We work with your HRD Manager and/or Department
Managers to evaluate where employees are with performance and what is
needed to get them where they need to go. We continuously test the
effectiveness of training until employees reach a satisfactory level of
personal and professional growth and development.
We come up with the evaluation tools needed, we
evaluate and analyze the data and provide you with user-friendly
reports when needed.
