all
areas of training. Our client gets to enjoy a fully customized
environment where their employees log in and see the actual name of

While Serenity Projects University houses
all sub-universities and provides all course set-up training, course
evaluations and training reports, the client’s presence in Serenity
Projects
University is highly customized and secured.
NOTE: There may be times when the
client wants their employees to take a class with external employees
to enjoy a diverse learning experience – these ‘generic’ courses are
offered in the general Serenity Projects University classrooms.
Online courses are offered in
various formats:
Individual/Stand Alone: Where
the employee just logs in and takes an online self-taught course on his/her own.
Instructor-Led-Collaborative:
These courses are instructor-led using chats and teleconferencing as
needed. Training is done in a collaborative setting with up to 10
students.
Classroom-Online: This is where
the online course is taken by a group in a traditional classroom – in
this case the online class is simply the learning tool. After the course
is taken collaboratively, then each employee signs in and completes the
test/evaluation.
NOTE: Each format serves its own purpose. We can
discuss this in detail with you. The number one advantage of online learning
continues to be extreme flexibility as it relates to time and geography. |
